Cerne Historical Society (CHS) Quiz Night

On Saturday, 2nd March, the Cerne Historical Society is holding a fundraising General Knowledge Quiz at the Royal Oak.
Hosted by our own Den Denness, all proceeds will help fund the Society’s activities for the coming year, including support for this summer’s Abbey archaeological dig.
Tickets cost £5 per person and should be purchased in advance from the Royal Oak. Teams are limited to a maximum of four people. Free cheese, pickles and crackers will be supplied to boost your brain cells, and prizes of wine will be awarded to the winners. Demand for tables is likely to be very high so quizzers are encouraged to book a table and purchase their tickets early.
The quiz will start at 7.30pm, so participants are encouraged to get there by 7.00pm.
