Cerne Giant Festival – Dorset Churches: A Stained Glass Journey Through Time

These masterpieces in light have illuminate our ecclesiastical buildings with vivid colourful images of miracles, saintly stories and biblical scenes for centuries. They were uniquely created by artists and craftsmen using skills and techniques which are still in use today. John Drabik, a retired lecturer and stained glass artist, has been enthusiastically scouring our churches for fascinating stained glass treasures. His talk and slide show presentation will take you through centuries of stained glass and give you an opportunity to appreciate these gems and see them in a new light.
